Exchange and Return Policy

We refund amounts paid using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with postage paid by the customer (in case of defects, the company is responsible for postal charges) to the address below:

If our failure is proven, we will make the correction at no additional cost.

If you identify the error upon receipt, please do not remove the tags and notify us immediately. If the product is not available in our stock, it may be replaced by other merchandise of the same value or the purchase may be canceled after receiving the product.

Order cancellations will be accepted with full refund of amounts paid only if not yet dispatched.

If they have already been shipped, we request that they be returned in their inviolate packaging. Reimbursement will be made by subtracting shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email and within 72 hours we will get back to you. The exchange can be made within 24 hours after receiving the product, if this period is exceeded we may not accept the request. For the exchange, the product purchased in our store must be in perfect condition, as well as received. The product will be mailed at the buyer's responsibility to our address which will be provided via email.

Protect the original packaging with paper or box to prevent it from being damaged. You can reuse the packaging itself for shipping the product, turning it inside out or hiding the sender/receiver information.

Products will not be accepted under the following conditions:

- In open or damaged packages.
- Packaged in bubble wrap only.
- Without packaging.

The product must not contain signs of use, it must be in its original packaging and wrapped in brown paper.

The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return and will automatically be sent to the original address. Under these conditions, CR Vidros will reserve the right to charge freight.
